Message from the Board

The Board of Directors of The Center for Leadership Innovation is pleased to welcome you to our new website.

We have been deeply engaged with the staff and stakeholders of the organization in its transformation over the last few years. This achievement is both the culmination of that excellent work and the launch of an exciting new chapter in our efforts to develop diverse, innovative community leaders throughout our society.

While we are proud of the organization's achievements over the past 28 years (as the Development Training Institute/DTI), we are very excited about the future. Our core values and our vision of a more just and peaceful world where access to opportunity is widely and fairly shared by all has not changed. The Center for Leadership Innovation name represents a new and even more powerful strategy to achieve these results. We will develop leaders who will change the world as we know it, as they create new ways of thinking about and new opportunities to address the core issues we face as a free and caring society.

Our initiatives are designed to build a movement of highly effective leaders who will accept the invitation and undertake innovative actions to achieve meaningful social change. We look forward to engaging our alumni, partners and those meeting us for the first time on how we can serve your leadership development aspirations, in our journey together to create a better world.
