For the last 28 years our core mission has been to develop diverse leaders who envision, initiate and share breakthrough approaches to addressing society’s most troubling social issues.  Our programs have touched 17,000 urban and rural leaders who are achieving community-driven social change.

We have changed the name of our organization to The Center for Leadership Innovation, on the leading edge of social change, to express our focus on developing these 21st century leaders. <more>
