TCLI has embarked on an open design process to engage leaders like you in co-creating ACLI.
To begin this effort we are engaging graduates of our leadership programs in listening sessions, surveys, and online forums to determine the scope and direction of ACLI. We imagine ACLI might include such elements as peer-to-peer coaching, in-person intensive leadership programs, annual leadership summits or other methods of connecting, developing, and inspiring leaders.
