Latino Nonprofit Leadership Academies

Uniquely tailored programs for those leading organizations that serve Latino communities.

These year-long skills-building opportunities are designed to foster, nurture and support Latino nonprofit leaders as they move their organizations to the next levels of excellence, sustainability, and impact.

Our approach includes building the capacity of local co-training partner organizations to assume local stewardship of the Latino Nonprofit Leadership Academy in the second year after its initial launch. 

To date, The Center for Leadership Innovation has collaborated with national and statewide organizations across the country in the production of three Latino Nonprofit Leadership Academies in North Carolina, Minnesota and Illinois.
